first time gold card programming with elvis

I've just bought the elvis programmer and got it the other day but i dont have clue about wot to do. i have a gold card and wish to program it but i dont know wot files to use. ive heard about something called kevlar 1.65. wot is is? im totally lost can ne body help???????

the_rock<br />damage has helped me loads m8 check out the post under heading help with elvis<br />the main probs i had was downloading kev167 from the downloads section and then uzipping the damn thing. but once damage had sorted that out for me it was pretty easy from there on in<br />spiky

I managed to program my goldcard using kevlar 167 but when i tried it with the ondigital nothing happened, so i typed in some ru codes and still nothing happened( dont know what type of codes to type in. might av used the wrong ones.if i programmed the card using kevlar167 would i need to type in the kevlar codes for march? know it sound silly but im new to all of this). I re-programmed the card and tried it again then it workedwithout me putting any codes in. im well puzzled. Any ideas about wot i was doin wrong i'd be very grateful. thanks for your reply,s so far m8's.

rock m8<br />yes you should use kev ru codes when using kev167. i can only suggest that when you programmed your card the first time it wasnt quite right and then you put in the right ru codes but it didnt work because the card wasnt progged right. You then reprogged it correctly and since the codes were right it worked! not sure about this maybe other menbers might know.<br />i take it that you are up and running now then m8
