How do I put UK freeview on a firestick , This is just for a family member to watch tv in bed and maybe an easy movie app?

UKTV NOW is not amazon app, but can be loaded on there, tv player has freeveiw channels

Why not use iptv ?

You can d/l BBC Iplayer, Itvhub, All4, My5 and UKTV play all for free from the Amazon store Pluto tv is worth putting on free from the store as well. For other tv/movies I would recommend Film plus or Viva tv.
