Skybox F3 F3 help with update - no channels found

have had a F3 for a few years now, trying to do the latest update. Followed the usual steps, deleted all channels, downloaded update onto clear usb, tools- upgrade by usb, misc files, tps, select and yellow for upgrade - when I press info it says no files found, and no channels are available. Have tried to different usbs and the previous + current update but no joy _ What am I doing wrong ?
Would be very greatful for any feedback or ideas - hubby is not going to be happy if he cant watch the football !!

Make sure the ext is correct and then reboot receiver after update.

also make sure your dbs file isn't corrupt try re downloading it and start again, should work!

try my update here www.sboxupdates.com then reboot the instant it says finished - important - do not go back to channels after doing the update - reboot instantly when it says FINISHED
