I have found another way

If you can obtain a DVB-s card that you install in your PC and connect a dish with digital LNB. You can receive channels using a program called MultiDec.
It uses software cam’s and seca & viaccess keys etc.
I just got mine working. As I am new to this, its not properly set up yet. But it does work!
You should get set up for under £200
