tried this afternoon all channels was working excepet setanta done a powerscan now i have lost all channels it saying there but nothing working any help please

cheers for that you dont have the link that has the picture to make sure what box it is think it was a red mine

if u look at top of the box on the right where the tuner runs,count the grills if 12=blue 8=red....

If you did a scan and lost all channels then you have probably scanned using the wrong frequency.
