ERROR, memCRC32 from box not equal local CRC32?

Dreambox 500 S, Green Power LED.... No Picture

Tried to reflash with PLi Jade get the following log

12:16:20 box type: DM500
12:16:29 Ping result: OK, box is alive and speaking to us ;-)
12:16:42 Uploading file to box...
12:27:11 calculating CRC32 on STB...
12:27:12 ERROR, memCRC32 from box not equal local CRC32!!

Any Ideas?

This means that the CRC check on the image you uploaded has failed. Basically CRC is a cyclic redundancy check. If the CRC on the image that has been transferred to the box doesnt match the images original CRC, then the image has been been corrupted during the upload.
You need to verify your null modem cable is definitely good, also try using a different PC. if the issue continues with a known good cable and different PC you may have a hardware issue with the reciever.
