ERR2 help

hi guys ive had a box working at my house since christmas and i took it to the sister inlaws at the weekend and when i booted it up ERR2 came on the front so i took it home and it worked perfect so i took it back and it worked but later on that night it happened again. any ideas ???????????

Hi m8, you didn't mention box, but assuming it's a Pace, ERR 2 is a problem with the simm.
Take the lid off and remove the simm ( mounts vertically behind the lcd display)
Clean the contacts and replace.
If you have an old card, fold it in half and wedge it between the front of the box and the card, forcing it slightly towards the back of the box.
