Eriksson set to take Man City job

Sven-Goran Eriksson has agreed a three-year contract in principle to take over as Manchester City manager.
BBC Sport understands there are some fine details still be ironed out, and there is unlikely to be an official announcement before the weekend.

The 59-year-old former England coach will succeed Stuart Pearce, who was sacked at the end of last season

Sweden's assistant manager, Roland Andersson, says Sven-Goran Eriksson has contacted him about being his number two at Manchester City.
