anyone got any ideas how to get in the eng menu after the box has took the latest update???they go straight into software download then err4 then re-boot and its keeps going like that...tried the jumper etc still no good

m8 im getting exactly the same problem with one box i got, did you convert the box from area to another as i converted my T*lewest to E-x-C-W and recently got same problem!

no mate, got a couple that seemed to go into update (i assume when they sent the new update down) they worked fine untill then. now they wont work and come up err 4 like they've lost the netid. but cant change it or check it...
