Also do the coach/plane tours to the pyramids, Valley of the Kings and Cairo museum.

I was gutted I didn't get to do this. It'd cost too much for 4 of us to get to Cairo etc...I'm a skydiver too, so I'd love a jump or two in Cairo aswell!

I got a revolut card..

I would take cash as much as you can. They charge a little more if pay by card because of card fees etc. and you can only withdraw egyptian £. For tips etc, buy some USD $1 notes etc, if you can get your hand in any. Avoid big notes too, like £50.
