No insertion fees this weekend ebay - Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 July 2012
On Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th July 2012 (local UK time), eBay.co.uk registered Private Sellers who list up to 100 item(s) (with a starting price of £1 or more) in an eligible category using the Auction-style format on eBay.co.uk, will not pay an Insertion Fee per listing.
What's included?
Only items listed on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style or Auction with Buy It Now option formats in an eligible category with a starting price of £1 or more are included. Listings using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now. Sellers may only list up to 100 eligible items with a starting price of £1 or more during the promotion period. Once a seller has reached this 100 item limit, any items listed during the promotion period with a starting price of £1 or more will be charged standard Insertion Fees according to the eBay Insertion Fees Policy.
Items with a starting price of between £0.01 and £0.99 are excluded from the promotion. Please refer to “What’s Excluded?” for more details.
Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details
Only items listed with the Quick Sell or Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms, or the eBay iPhone, eBay iPad,eBay Android, eBay Blackberry or eBay Windows Phone applications.
Any eligible item previously scheduled to go live during the promotional periodwill qualify for the promotion.
During the promotional period, if sellers re-list an eligible item that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.
If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will not refund the Insertion Fee, as sellers would not have paid an Insertion Fee (the promotional Insertion Fee price of 0 pence) for re-listing the item.
For items listed in two categories, only the insertion fee for the first category will be eligible for the promotion. Standard Insertion Fees will be charged for listing the same item in a second category, according to eBay fees.
Only Private Sellers registered on eBay.co.uk as resident in the UK are eligible.
