DW Logo

The 'cable satellite consoles' text without the shadow effect.

Shaved another 13.72kb (30%) off. It all adds up on a big site's monthly bandwidth.

Thanks lads :)

Been very busy with other things at the moment.

PS I like the one that madeinbeats - made smaller zippy the shadow is great.

Thanks again lads and as said shaving on as much k as possible is fantastic for us...

If you can make the other images on here smaller that would be great especially the forum images (status icons) but no worries, I am pretty pleased with the look of the site and very grateful for help from everyone on here.

Thank you

Mickie

Will work on any further projects to make them as streamlined file size as possible Mickie. Originaly worked on them to make them as best they could. Will have file size in mind in the future ;)

How come the logo is wider than the forums list on the strong blue skin or is it only happening to me:(

I had the same problem mate. What you need to do is take the bottle of Viagra on your desk and put it in a cupboard somewhere away from the computer, and things should return to normal in a few hours.

Try holding shift (or is it Ctrl) and pressing Reload on the browser to clear and refresh your cache.

Hmm spoke to soon when i looked at another page the logo problem returned i have even emptied cookies, temp files, etc on ie7:(

tried crtl f5 but it keeps stretching even time i open new page

Micky might be updating some of the images as we speak. If the cache refresh worked the 1st time, then it should work again! No reason why it shouldn't... Try it in a different browser just for testing... I'm in IE8 and there is no problem here mate...

***EDIT*** it is actually doing the same for me now! Must just Micky updating the site boys... sit tight and it will settle down... Bit of a bizarre error...

Doing it in IE but not Firefox. Must be something to do with the CSS selectors or IE hacks in the style sheets...

Micky; this issue with people seeing an over stretched logo header on the white skin. It seems to happen when you view it on a screen with a lower resoltuion. Everything else resizes to fit appart from the header/logo, but it does resize if you hit refresh!?!

I just noticed it then when I was shifting IE from my monitor over to my lower res LCD TV.

my monitor is 1280x1024 and my TV is at 1024x768.
