Dvbviewer wont pick up any channels on 16e 5e

hi all i cant seem to pick up any channels on the smaller sats like 16e 9e 5e etc i point the dish at them and get 75-80% signal but i wont pick up any channels ive got 28e 19e 13e 1w perfect i know the other sats are there because my tm will pick them up any1 got any ideas any help would be appreciated using dvbviewer pro latest and floppydtv
