HI GUYS i have the R4 in my sons DS my question is this i have seen these

which read as if the cartridge has all the files on it u just usb it to pc and drag & drop games thats it !!
very cheap as well as anyone come across these or used them yet and if so are they as good as R4`s or not ???/
