J jackdee Member ++ Jul 19, 2006 #1 hi, i dropped my box and now the box doesnt respond to the remote control. i can still change the channels with the keys on the box. but thats all. i've checked the sensors and they seem fine. any help appreciated. thanks

ellie1998 Inactive User Jul 19, 2006 #2 did you check the ribbon cable from the sensor board to the motherboard. don't do this while the box is on.
