Dreambox internet connection not working

Hi ive managed to connect to the internet before getting all the green ticks, but atm ive been trying to reconnect, unsuccesfully. Everytime I put my ip address, it says its unconfirmed, and then dhcp changes it to some random ip when i enable it.

Im not a techie so im only just getting used to the idea of the having two different ip addresses and one which changes everytime you turn the device on.

Respect to all of you who can get there head round these things.

Appreciate if theres anyone who can point me in the right direction.

What do you mean when you put your IP address in?
When your in settings/network..you scan for networks then choose yours and enter wifi password and connect.
