Ive got same problem m8 and have tried re-scanning but no joy... only thing I thought of trying is backing up Services etc and then deleting em from box and try scanning again. If it works this time add your Bouquets back and you are sorted.
l have the same problem with e4 and e4+1 is fine .. other box works on on that channel and they both use the same channel list .. its a tuner thing lm sure ,,
lm sure these boxes dont like strong signals as well a poor ones
