Dream MD 500-s problem

i think that i have dm 500-s a clone one not original also this is normal not HD
i have a problem that when start it stuck on the start page and not responding to remote control and i have the cable and tried many images and the dream box flashed successfully but when start the same thing happen can you recommend a good image for may receiver and the steps of flashing thank you

Sounds like a hardware issue as you have tried a few images, try another power supply see if it helps.
