I just picked up a TDE-200 from an auction. Once I get to 5 posts, I will use this to try and administer the thing! I haven't been able to find the software anywhere else.

I hoped that the uploader and the site admins would find my praise to be meaningful! Oh well. Neither this nor my previous post need count against my 5.

Hello!
As I understood this software covers support for Panasonic PBX "KX-TDA15".
Anyone knows how many expansion cards it can support?
We have one (and only) in our office (office consisting of 8 desks with digital lines for talk and analogue for faxes) and we need to add more extensions to it for new officers.

I am trying to get the Maintenance Console for the Panasonic KX-TDE100 to work but seem to be having issues.

What is the correct version?

I had downloaded UPCMCV7.8.11 R14 but during the install it asked me for a suffix which I was unable to locate. Were would I find the suffix?

I tried selecting "C" as the suffix, since I noticed the interface cards ended in C. The application installed but when I try to access the maintenance console, I get a error saying the program was not installed correctly. Is this due to the region or suffix question in the install phase?

I have uninstalled the R14 software of the Maintenance console and have now installed UPCMCv7.8.1.1_R17 but it also is asking for a suffix.
The web interface appears to work as it is giving me the extensions and the date/time info but no info as to the co lines, etc.

I have also downloaded UPCMCv7.8.2.0_US_R1 and gave it a try. It appears to be a USA version but the Maintenance console portion comes back as no application installed. The web interface appears to work but it is limited as only providing extension names again. This is frustrating.
Will the USA version claimed to be listed here actually work?

Can no one help me with the USA version of this software? How many posts must I make here? Is this another bait and switch website? Let me guess, you decide to pay and they send you a download of the same crap available all over the web.

I had the same problem. Using a KX-TDA50 with no suffix. Flipped the unit over, and no suffix in the model number listed on the little sticker either.

The USA Version of the Maintenance console does not ask for suffix codes during installation. USA systems there for i believe do not have suffix codes, atleast for the ones i have remotely supported. @ riggs429, the suffix is on a white sticker at the bottom or back of the cabinet. You may see something like KX-TDE100BX, KX-TDE100CN, KX-TDE100NE etc depending on your locaion. The lastest version of the console (Both USA and Global version ) is 7.8.2.0 as far as i know.
