downgrade 6.60 me-1.2

hi all trying to downgrade a psp 1000 on firmware 6.60me1.2
but have not try this before so be nice
any help on wot firmware to downgrade to and how to go about it ??

wat firmware is ur psp on m8
go to system settings to find out.

i dont use me fw m8 ,ie always found it wwasnt stable
put 6.60 sony fw on it and use pro b firmware.
