Does Any Know How To Unlock a Motorola Atrix MB860?

Sorry I don't know how to root a phone, I've always paid to get the phone unlocked but this phone is over 3 years old and I been quoted £10 to get it unlocked. Looking to use it next whilst on holiday.

A bit off topic but this phone (MB860) and the (official) box it came in does not say 4G on it and I don't think it is a 4G phone, so is this a different phone?
