DM800SE clone. Hardisk fails to initialize

I have an original box and a clone box.
Hardisk fails initializing in clone box after about 80% with error message.
Put hardisk in original box and it initializes OK.
Put hardisk back in clone box and it says hardisk not initialised.
Tried to initialize again. Same error after 77%.
I am using the digiworldz V1.1 image.
Would a different image fix it.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

if you download ts panel there is a program there for initial.it's in tools if I can remember.

i had the same problem with a new hhd i installed today , i had to use the Tspanel to get to work properly , i'm using the same image ! had to mount and initialised it there ! hope this helps

Had to use dream elite image in the end.
