I use a prgram called "dreambox edit" - doodle to use, it reads all the channels etc and you re-organise them on your pc screen and then send them back - as long as you are connected through a crossover ethernet cable

Ok here is as far as I have got now: I have got all my communication problems sorted out, both boxes and pc talking to each other via router. ( could not get crossover cable system to work). Using dream box edit I am able to fpt all the files from the dreambox to my pc. However I cannot find the config file I need to edit. Stillabrummi is the offer still openfor you to send me a config file? Can I then just copy this file over to both dream boxes?
I am sure if we were not supposed to be talking about this here I would have been stopped long time ago.
