Ditv4000-N LCD showing broken digits

Hi All,

I am trying to update a 4000-N in ex-c from the old nthell software to VM, used funcard and everything seemed OK, few days later I am trying the bos abain but now when I reboot box it shows the following in the screen

I I I I I I


anyone have a clue???? I cant get into EM & the box will not boot further than the above display

the st micro {atmel} needs reflowing m8 {heat the chip up with a hairdrier, "might cure your problem temporarily"}

this is a a pic of a 1000 box m8 the yellow is the amtels

your box only has 1 , its right on the front of the box
