DITV1000 P/b

Hi Folks ,
Got a problem with a 1000 Phase b.The box has been adjusted to the correct "educational procedures" including net id (ex c&w area),an update was initiated now nothing!!not a channel number just nothing!All i have is a power and t/back light to watch!!!
It has beeen rebooted with and without a card.and a different cab feed,but no joy!
Not had this problem before so any help would be appreciated:Cheers:

Have you tried pulling the red jumper for a few mins and then reset the netid etc?

Make sure you have Libby before doing this or use the Fun Card netid (if you know your ird / bk) method.

Not sure M8 Sorry But did you set the Frequency to the correct one?
I had a 2000 pure nthell and needed the correct Frequency to show the channels.

can u get to the enginers bit whats ur signal like ? faulty tunner maybe

have you tried to see if it is in standby ? only a suggestion because i have had that before my self

Net id set and is the right one for my area!
I will pull the red jumper and re set so net id i will post my result.
Box was receiving channels with the old software,so think the tuner is ok.
