dish alignment

I will be installing dish somepoint through the week, my Latitude = 54.9732, Longitude = -1.5769 . I was just wondering as to which sat to point dish at first.

Do I align dish so it is pointing straight ahead then drive to a sat and fine tune it?

or do I point to nearest sat check signal strength then tighten and test by driving to other sats? then fine tune again
