AFAIK you can't use the channel dump from the starview. Haven't tried it myself but read somewhere that it wouldn't work.

We have a sticky thread here for Eurovox channel dumps but there is not one posted for Glasgow. Its better if you do a scan yourself and use voxer to rearrange the channels in order. Its fairly easy and won't take long to do.

you can use a channel dump from starview i tried it and it worked like someone else said u can also use the starview editor
