ddigital plus advice please

can anyone telll me if i have used wrong software, i have gone into system info and the software says v2.2
hardware v1.1.1.
i have flashed this box about 8 times now and there is no where to enter a code 2580, so i wonder is the software wrong, i think i have lost this battle grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr lol

press menu
and enter 2580 on the main screen the numbers will show up as you start to press them,
once done exit to the channel and wait for codes to update

is there a fix for this box ? also i have a normal ddigital o which iv flashed the new image so many times but menu2580 does nothing , before it would enable or disable , now it does nothing ?????
