Right click the file in the ftp window and properties, set permission to 755

Whilst you are in your FTP program (Flash FXP in my case)
Find the keylist.txt file and 'right click' it.
You should then see the option called 'attributes', click that.

You then need to change those settings to these.....

Owner__________Group___________Public

Read (tick)_______Read (Tick)______Read (Tick)
Write (tick)_______Write (UNtick)____Write (UNtick)
Execute (tick)_____Execute (Tick)____Execute (Tick

Permissions should now say 755

Delete the file on the dbox whilst FTP'd in...ftp the one bosder/nstokes has sorted, onto your dbox...then CHMOD755 it. Then reboot..should do the job

done that still no luck even left it on sky sports 1 for 5 minutes =- am using evocamd

Try re - checking that keys file you uploaded (the version on the box). You will probably find it has changed the keys back to what it "thinks" are the correct ones (incorrect ones) if you haven't set the permissions properly.

what I did was upload the new keylist.txt file

rebooted and went to Sky Sports 1 and kept it their for 30 seconds and channel became clear
