dbox2 services & bouquets

Can anyone tell me if i have to upload a service file and bouquet for my area or can i just do a slow service scan to get the channels on my dbox2???


and can anyone tell me why i lost all my channels they'd been fine for about 6 hours then they just went....does anybody know why???

please help i'm a newbie and just getting into all this..thanks..

Dont no why you lost them more info needed.
Just do a slow scan that will get you your channels
