has anyone had a problem with not being able to turn off subtitles or menus missing.it seems to be happening with certain disney dvds and does anyone know how to correct this?

Hi rding disney dvds are prone for subtitles coming up only thing to do is keep turning them off m8 in the menu of the movie or the menu of the player ,
