clines problem f3 box

hi , looking for assistance , after trying 3 or 4 different clines , they all read offline or not active/login . installed via dongle .
is there any settings i need to change , all fta channels working fine .

Do you reset the box after adding the cline?

Started from scratch , unplugged from.mains , redone wirelessuple all lines I had and hey presto , picturlitty on a 42' Panasonic 600hz full HD is s
