chromecast or ezcast?

obiviously chromcast cost slightly more than the ezcast dongle.

basically i want to mirror my iphone 5 to the smart tv.
which one should I go for?

Amazon fire stick in my opinion , it can mirror although I haven't found the need as I can stream anything I want to it anyway.

You should be able to do it with just software, sometimes in the middle of a film we get the content of what the kids are watching on their i pads until I tell them off

I'm fairly knew to this and assumed that Chrome cast will work with everything. It does not support movie box on apple devices. Not sure if others do?
