I've gone on to his site where I generated a testline and its still says running expires at 5:00 2day

Check your network settings on the box. Do a test to make sure everything passes.

he has not put any net id in or ran auto bouquet I think that's why he is only clearing freeveiw

me thinks you be better off asking the pay server for another line.

if he gives you an n line then change the N: to cws =

then instead of starting cam open putty tick telnet

put in your ip login :root your password

type: /var/bin/mgcamd

that will start mgcamd see whats happening on screen ie does

should see something like this.
