Channel Mapping

When im mapping channels I've noticed some of the channels that need to be mapped are not there down the left hand side to map with the right hand side (when the channel is listed down the right).

Is there anything I can do to sort this out ??

try switching EPG provider.
afaik the xmltv has all of the channels.
