channel help

i was wndering if someone could help, up until the other day my dbox was losing pic and i would just change the channel back and forward to get this back.

but i went out for a few hours and came back and all i have pic and sound on is stv, disney channel +1, uktv style, everything else is chirping and no pic. I have trued 4 different images and nothing changes, i have also checked and renewed my cable. still having problems.

not sure but your ber (bit error rate) seems a bit high should be around 0 I think,

may need a signal booster

my box was working okay until a couple of days ago, no glitches or anything and then this just happened. can anyone else please advise on the readings or does it look as if my tuner is now going.

have u got any splitters on? try it connected to the direct feed. Also, are the connectors a snug fit?

straight feed, no splitters, brand new cable, any ideas would be appreciated.
