Changed isp & now channels scrambled

A friend has an openbox & recently changed isp. Since then any subscription channels now show scrambled. Is there any settings on the box need changing ? It's been a while since I used one of these.

Is the new ISP still landline based or is it 4g? If the latter, it could be down to long ping times.
