cctv dvr question

ok guys i need your opinions on this,im thinkin of downgradin my cctv set-up
from a dell tower with win98 and a dvr pci card,to a small form factor pc like the Dell-Optiplex-GX280-SFF-PC xp pro, but this pc only takes low profile pci cards for which my dvr card wont fit in, so im lookin at either one of these

has anyone tried any of these,are they worth gettin one,or
do i do away with the pc set up and a dvr adapter/card,and get a proper dvr for cctv any thoughts please

ok ive managed to find a suitable stand alone dvr,so i wont be using the pc set up,but just wonderin about summat else would one of these will be ok to view the dvr thru a vga monitor ok
