Card + TM600 + NEWCS (BOXKEY)

thanks alot guys got it working on my TM 600 but cant get it to work on Cilent receiver need more help on that,,,

whats the client receiver, what cccam you using etc etc etc, let us know, what is the ip of the client / server, is itin same network (same house etc) or is it over internet?

the client receiver will need just a single N: line if its using cccam or a CWS line of using mgcamd, once the server receiver is working, you add details to newcs (or cccam) to allow clients to connect

when i change the EMU to CCCAM 2104 it works on both receiver but freezes alot, when i change to CCCAM 2104 & NEWCS 1.67 it doesnt work any advice?

ok hold one.

your server is using newcs and cccam and has card in it yes, on softcam settings is set to newcs+cccam (if you use my configs :courtesey of liam and digidude then nline is setup you dont need to mess with that)

on your client you set it to cccam 2.1.4 only and it works but lot of freezing?

you need to provide more details.

what are the clients? tm500 / 600s dream boxs etc etc etc

are they on the same network (i.e. are they plugged into same router / switch in same house, or are these going out over the internet)

you need to be more clear in your setup description buddy ;)

i am using in my own house, all Technomate receiver cilent receiver are TM-500 Super, i have the card in Technomate 600 softcam CCCAM 2104 + NEWCS 167 no freezing working perfect but not working on cilent box, but when i change to softcam CCCAM 2104 it works but as i said it freezes on both receivers but works on both,

here is what i have

Current time 14:41:43
NodeID: 5e218b7b1e7ccb35
Uptime: 00d 00:03:34
Connected clients: 0
Active clients: 0
Total handled client ecm's: 0
Total handled client emm's: 0
Peak load (max queued requests per workerthread

thats just showing you have no connected clients, you will need to get one the clients connected to the server then check the cccam page, click on active clients and then in the far right it will show ecm times, anything over 0.5000 will freeze and break up picture......

also how is your network setup?

server --> switch or router --> client box?

open newcs.xml in var/tuxbox/config

look towards the bottom, and youll see

<user>dummy</user>
<pass>dummy</pass>

under this add

<user>box1</user>
<pass>box1</pass>
<au>on</au>
<user>box2</user>
<pass>box2</pass>
<au>on</au>

now, in the client receivers, if you use mgcamd, the following will start with CWS =
if you use cccam itll start N:

tm600IP port box1 box1 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

so if the tm600 IP in LAN menu is 192.168.1.9, and its set to read the card on port 15000, and you use cccam on the clients, your lines will be (ic cccam.cfg)

N: 192.168.1.9 15000 box1 box1 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

on the one client receiver, and on the 2nd one, itll be

N: 192.168.1.9 15000 box2 box2 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

restart cams on all 3 boxes, and theyll work fine

if using mgcamd on the clients, theyd be

CWS = 192.168.1.9 15000 box1 box1 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

and

CWS = 192.168.1.9 15000 box2 box2 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

server is connected to a netgear router

its much easier to add user via Newcs webinterface,

Find out server ip of newcs in newcs file
- <server>
<port>7777</port>
<enabled>yes</enabled>
</server>
- <user>
<name>exit</name>
<password>exit</password>
<accesslevel>admin</accesslevel>
</user>

Then type boxip:7777 on your webbrowser, Login and study the options you have there
btw what card is being used?

regards
