card emu doesnt work

i used cccam and other emulator for over 3 year then after an image change doesnt work anymore i tried at least 10 images and several cccam and also oscam-
i wasn't able to make it work seems that the decoder is not able to trasmit data but is well connected to the internet.
i lost my mind any suggestions? i have 800 hd se 2.1.
