England manager Fabio Capello has risked the wrath of his employers the FA by announcing that he still considers John Terry to be the captain of the England team.
Terry was stripped of his captaincy by the Football Assocation as he awaits trial after being accused of racially abusing Queens Park Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand.
Capello made the remarks on Italian state broadcaster Rai 1.
