Cant flash firmware on box

i have a eurovox max v box,im having problems flashing the latest software onto my box,when i turn my box on it displays PEAA and wont flash firmware,i have tryed four times and it just says failed,any ideas please

This might sound silly but trying switching your box on an off for about 3/4 times then try the flash...

i have tried that mate,but still no joy,when i turn the box off lines spin round and round,then PEAA is on the lcd screen,no software is on the box,this is why im trying to download it,but it keeps failing and is doing my head in lol
