buying a laptop HELP!!!

Can anyone tell me is this laptop any good EI SYSTEM 3103 LAPTOP just looking on the pcworld website and thought it would be idea for my 13 year old son. Anyone have any input on this please before i go and buy it.

If its for school work and surfing the net and just general pc work, then it will be fine m8. If however he is a gamer and wants to play online games, then it may struggle a bit. Otherwise it is spot on for the price.

rebuilt an EIsystem laptop (converted from vista to xp) and the biggest problem I had was finding drivers, the support is poor. However the machine was nice for the price paid.
