just do what we used to do with the old rental tellys

when the guy comes to pick the mini digger up just hide it and say some guy has already been ;)

did you have to go and get a ticket for that mate?

just looking at this picture, your shed does it have a block back wall, and if so wont the weather get through that in time.

Yea i am going to render it soon with waterproofer, may even blackjack it.

My mate has 2 mini diggers and literally lives 200m away, he does on his days off.

I don't do most of the driving though, the guy in the first set pics of digger does, that what he does for living.

I spend my time emptying 100's of barrows into the skip.

Hard work.

great job bilabonic the pictures you have posted look great:Clap: a credit to you. keep us posted m8.

are you gonna rip out all that soil/earth?

what you gonna do? make it 2 levels ?

Cheers

To up a pdf, just reply to post and click manage attachments (the section under the main post reply screen where you type), then click browse and after you choose your pdf, click upload, close window and submit.

I have somehow lost the planting plan file ? I have it here on A2 paper and it has hundreds of different plant/shrubs and juniper sky rocket conifers..

Some nice plans there mate, drawn up by someone who knows their stuff!
Dont think i would have done any better myself, lol

Working with different levels and Terracing is always a challange, with drainage and building retaining walls etc.

Just be careful on the Turf spec, as similar can leave it very wide open to using cheap turf!
Rowlawn is about the best and i would not use alternatives unless from a named supplier.

Would have liked to have seen the Planting plans.

On the design front, i might have avoided above view looking like a Bog seat and cystern, lol

Cant wait to see more work in progess.

Gutted i lost the planting plans PDF, i have tried everywhere to get A2 scanned but no joy.

I may just seed it with Wilkos seed, it's getting the soil right, some people telling me lay it on sand.

The soil is clay around here.

the lawn mate,

dont need to wait that long before cutting it, just as soon as it needs cut, but set the rotary mower to only cut off the top 3rd of the leaf

should be looking at cutting it 3 weeks after its laid (roughly)

fire a decent pre-seeder fertilizer down before laying the turf

the B&Q pre seeder fertilizer would do

if you want decent drainage then lay on sandy soil structure

keep the clay as far away as possible mate

Nice plans mate, did you draw them yourself? Self-taught using the software?
I've never come across 3design software before, bit of research says that it specialises in jewelery design, nice work.

Little update, taken out about 70-80 tonne in total in 4 days. Laid footings earlier and stacked out some blocks ready for tomorrow.

Body is aching...lol
