building a htpc which card??

ok i say building,its built,but im getting a better graphics card for it

and i want to put a tv card in too ,but after a google and ebay browse im lost as to which to go for

ok i want hd,i have an old satalite dish on wall outside

so can anyone recomend any options to me,ie which i can use soft cams on,-hard cams can i write my own card? ect-basicaly which can i get the most from-price isnt an issue

hi mate yes ive just built 1 and used asus mobo with on board hdmi and skystar hd 2 plays blu-ray realy nice with the asus
