Black hole speed up

I am at the page where I have been asked to disable all that is not required.

Top section
BH weather Disabled
Auto shutdown Disabled

All others in the top section are Enabled

Bottom section
All are Disabled except

Opera browser & Hbb TV Enabled (I don't know what this is)
I am not into opera so if this is to do with that? then I don't need it do I?

Do these settings look correct?

they will be pugins asking you Enable the plugins you want

I always disable the lot then go back through and see what i really need for day to day use, there is not a lot really.

How do I get back into the setup now that I have come out of it?

Opera is the web browser, and HbbTv is only really used on some German channels on 19.2°e and therefore is not of alot of interest to uk users.
