Best option if not using googlemaps navigation is possibly copilot, but i've only used it a couple of times & it did the job.

Dont think there is much chance of tom tom making an appearance on 2.1 but there is a sat nav on the desire hd & z called htc locations which uses tom tom.

Co-pilot, the reason I choose this over Ndrive and google is beacuase:

Google is good if you have data connection all the time, but too robotity in voice.

Ndrive is excellent but no turn-by-turn, only 'funny' voices and crappy standard ones.

With co-pilot I can use my installed loquendo TTS engine with 'Susan', which is rather life like, for near perfect TBT, although she is a yank.

i have got both
ndrive and copilot

going on a drive to london tomrrow, so will check them both and give my review.

dont like google maps, a bit slow for my liking.

anyone tried sygic system ??
