Looking for the best sata drive to update the ps4 pro from 1TB to minimum 2TB maybe 3 or 4 if possible. I know I can put a ssd in but I aint paying the price for a 2tb one of those

If you are on FW 5.05 or lower, you can soft mod it and put your games onto an external drive(s) if you have a spare one. Saves you buying a new one.

I recently got the Seagate ST1000LX015 2.5-Inch 1 TB FireCuda 5400 RPM SATA Internal SSHD Hard Drive with 7 mm Form Factor - Silver for a deskptop and not had any issues with it.

I've used a spare 5tb Seagate external USB drive on mine. No problems at all and was cheaper than getting a new internal one. dead easy to use as the system asked me if I wanted to copy some games to it.

Cant say I've noticed any loading times being longer for games on the external drive.
