stop drinking, and start drinking water.....sounds tuff mate.....really it does.....put your mind to it...
When i used to play rugby to a high standard we had to watch our weight all the time and also the BEER GUT lol
what i used to do always worked for me and i must say when i feel i have put to much on i always go back to it.
As dibbers says drink lots and lots of water this flushes ur system and help keep u full and takes the hunger away for long periods.People say dont eat but you must i used to eat the same meals as i do now but in much smaller portion's i always got told by a food specialist we had to see" never give up the foods u love even if they are fatty just make the portions smaller"
now about the exserise
as u say u ride ur bike alot which is good but i found that walking over rough ground ie a forest, wooded area even grass was alot better than just on a road this is because the ground is uneven and ur heart has to work alot harder with in which makes u sweat more, which means losing more weight.
when u walk try and borrow a dog thats if u havent got one as the dog will always walk faster than you this raises ur heart rate and makes u cover more ground than u usuall would.
if u like exersicin go to a local gym dont pay the silly prices ie 45 a month etc just go to ur local council gym and use there alot cheaper and does just the same job.As someone mention on one of there reply's sit-ups,squats are you best bet plus there are machines in the gym which are actually made for your stomach and ur abs etc.
hope this helps
Mr P
