BBCi - sound

Just been watching MOTD and at the end it said press the red button for interactive BBCi. I did that and to my surprise it worked but without sound. HOwever when Carrick & Cole were interviewed the sound came on.
Any fix?
Using a MOSC in one box and a Atmega AU C&W in the other

this has happened 2 me couple of times with interactive. try just pressing mute button a few times. surprisingly sound always came back on with me
